Pamela J Kappel, President
Pam has been in the Title Industry for 44 years. She started in 1978 at Smart & Johnson Abstract Co., in Columbus, Indiana. At Smart & Johnson she was involved in every aspect of the day to day operations and managed one of the largest Title Companies in Columbus. In May of 2002 she and her husband moved to Terre Haute Indiana, where she started Honeycreek Closing Services. Honeycreek soon grew, incorporated, and in 2005 became Honey Creek Title Services, Inc.. In April of 2011, she merged with Vigo Wade Abstract & Title Co., Inc. and together formed Honeycreek Vigo Title Services, Inc. Pam is licensed by the State of Indiana Department of Insurance and is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association, and the Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors.
Jackie McAllister, Co-Owner
Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Jackie began her real estate title career in October 1992 at Vigo-Wade Abstract & Title Co She has performed all duties of a real estate title professional including research, order taking, scheduling, examining for title insurance commitments, final policies, pre-closing, post closing, and commercial transactions. She holds a title insurance license issued by the Indiana Department of Insurance.In April of 2011, Jackie joined Pam Kappel and together they became Honeycreek Vigo Title Services, Inc. Jackie is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association. Jackie is licensed by the State of Indiana Department of Insurance and is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association, and the Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors.
